How do I create a Form from within the Flow Tool?
Click the Input(s) Tab (on the Flow Configuration Tool).

Add a new Form.
Click the "+" button in the Form(s) section.

Fill out the info for the Form.

- Name - The Form name.
- Table - What Table will this Form be attached to.
- Theme - Which theme will the Form use.
- Type - Allow for Single or Multiple.
- Type - Allow for External or Internal.
- Allow Switching - Allow (Yes or No) to switch between single/multiple.
- Allow Import - Allow imports into the Form.
- Allow Copies - Allow for multiple copies to be entered into the Form.
- Submit Action - Allows you to choose what happens to the Form after submission.
- Submit Export - Allows you to choose a saved export option.
Click the Add Element button.

Select an Element Type.

Type: Custom
1. Javascript - Insert a Javascript Element on the Form used for custom development as needed.
2. HTML - Insert an HTML Element on the Form used for custom formatted content on the form as needed.
3. Page Break - Insert a Page Break on the Form used for forms that are too long for a single page display and need to broken across multiple pages.
Type: Fields
4. All Fields - Inserts ALL fields from the associated table onto the Form.
5. Fields - Insert individual fields as required on the Form by selection.
Fill out the information for the Element.

- Element - Choose what Element you wish to add.
- Name - Name the Element.
- Default Value - Set a default value, if you wish.
- Help Text - Set the hover text of the Element.
- Options - Set options for the Element.
The Element has been added, repeat as necessary.

Congratulations, you have created a Form from within the Flow Tool!
