How do I Copy records?
There are a two ways to add a record from the grid view.
1. Copying records (using the Tools Menu).
Select the row(s) that you want copied.

Click the Copy Record(s) icon (on the Toolbar).
Make any needed Edits, then confirm the copy.
Clicking Edit will allow you to edit the rows (before the copy is completed).

Congratulations, the row(s) were copied!
2. Copying records (using the right-click menu).
Select the row(s), then right-click to open the menu.

Select Copy Record(s) from the right-click menu.

Make any needed Edits, then confirm the copy.
Clicking Edit will allow you to edit the rows (before the copy is completed).
