What are the available System Fields?
The following Fields can be added from the configuration tool, from custom Fields, and from mashup Fields.
1. System - ID
This is a number that is given to each record as it is entered into the system.


1. For our example, we clicked the Run icon to apply the selected changes.
2. Notice the System: ID Field is now located on the right-hand-side as a Column, and there is data (a number) in each line.

2. System - Created Date
This is a date Field that is automatically placed in the record on creation. This Field is a hidden Field, however you can create a Field that is automatically populated with this value.

3. System - Updated Date
This is a date Field that is automatically placed in the record on update. This Field is a hidden Field, but you can create a Field that is automatically populated with this value.

4. System - User ID
This is a Field that contains the System: User ID of the user that inserted the records. This Field is a hidden Field, however you can create a Field that is automatically populated with this value.
