How do I Create a Flow that is triggered on a Data Event? (Ex: When a row is added) (Version 1.1)

1. Click on the first box to Select the trigger.

2. From the drop-down menu, choose the "Data Event" option.

3. Choose which event will trigger the flow.

  • On Inserted Record(s) - This will trigger the flow when new records are added.
  • On Updated Record(s) - This will trigger the flow when records are updated.
  • On Deleted Record(s) Pre - This will trigger the flow before records are deleted.
  • On Deleted Record(s) Post - This will trigger the flow after records have been deleted.

4. Choose a process and drag it up to the flow window. Repeat as necessary.
