What are the available System Fields? (Version 1.1)

The following fields can be added from the configuration tool as well as in custom fields and mashup fields.

1. System - ID

This is a number that is given to each record as it is entered into the system.  This number typically starts at 1 and grows infinitely...

For our example, we will push the "play" button to "run" the selected changes...

Notice the "System: ID" Field is now located on the right-hand-side as a Column, and there is data (a number) in each line...

2. System - Created Date

This is a date field that is automatically placed on the record on creation.  This field is a hidden field, however you can create a field that is automatically populated with this value.

For our example, we will push the "play" button to "run" the selected changes...

Notice the "System: Created" Field is now located on the right-hand-side as a Column, and there is data (a Date with Time included) in each line...

3. System - Updated Date

This is a date field that is automatically placed on the record on update.  This field is a hidden field, however you can create a field that is automatically populated with this value.

4. System - User ID

This is a field that contains the User ID of the user that inserted the records. This field is a hidden field, however you can create a field that is automatically populated with this value.
