How do I Create a Flow that is triggered on a Data Event? (Ex:When a row is added.)

Detailed Instructions

1. Click on the green Add New Flow icon.

2. Click on the first box to Select the trigger.

3. From the drop down choose Data Event.

  • On Inserted Record(s) - This will trigger the flow when new records are added.
  • On Updated Record(s) - This will trigger the flow when records are updated.
  • On Deleted Record(s) Pre - This will trigger the flow before records are deleted.
  • On Deleted Record(s) Post - This will trigger the flow after records have been deleted.

5. Choose a process from below and drag it up to the flow window. Repeat as necessary.
