How do I create a table using a Gigya Connector?

1. Navigate to the Table(s) Tools.

If you have already created a table, the Table(s) icon will be available.

Navigate to the Table(s) Tools.

2. Click the 'Add New' bubble.

Click the 'Add New' bubble.

3. If this is your first table, you must navigate to the System Tools.

If this is your first table, you must navigate to the System Tools.

4. Navigate to the Table System Tools.

Navigate to the Table System Tools.

5. Click the 'Add New' bubble.

6. Create your table (Step 1).

1) Name of the Table (Max length is 44 characters and can not include a back tick [ ` ])

2) Enter a description for your table, this can be left blank.

3) Select the folder where the table will live.

4) Select From Connection from the table type drop down.

5) Select Next.

7. Create your table (Step 2).

1) Choose the Gigya connector.

2) Choose the Table Update Frequency

3) Select the Data to collect

4) Click Next

8. Click The Sub Report That You Need

1. Select the Sub Report From the Dropdown

2. Click Next

9. Select the Dimensions that you want to pull

1. Select the dimensions that you would like to pull

2. Click Next

Select the Dimensions that you want to pull

10. Select The Metrics and Time Period

1. Select the metrics that you want to pull. (Some reports pull a default set of metrics that aren't able to be changed)

2. Select your Time Period

3. Click Save

11. Congratulations, the table was saved!

The data will be queued and a notification will be sent to you when the import is complete..
