How do I create a Business Rule?

1. Open the System Tool menu and select the Business Processes system tool.

2. Select the Business Process you wish to add a rule to.

Select the Business Process you wish to add a rule to.

3. Under Business Process Rule(s) click the 'Add New' bubble.

Under Business Process Rule(s) click the 'Add New' bubble.

4. Create the Rule.

1) Name of the rule.

2) Description of the rule.

3) Choose the run condition.  If the run condition is Criteria then you need to input what the criteria is.

4) Choose what type of rule that will be used.

5) Add the rule to the bottom.

6) Add the rule to the top.

Create the Rule.

5. Save your changes.

Save your changes.

6. Congratulations, the rule has been saved!
