How do I create a Business Process?

1. Open the System Tool menu and select the Business Processes system tool.

2. Click the 'Add New' bubble.

3. Create the process

1) Name of the process.

2) Description of the process.

3) What table the process will run on.

4) Next to continue.

Create the process

4. Click the 'Add New' bubble.

Click the 'Add New' bubble.

5. Create the Rule.

1) Name of the rule.

2) Description of the rule.

3) Choose the run condition.  If the run condition is Criteria then you need to input what the criteria is.

4) Choose what type of rule that will be used.

5) Add the rule to the bottom.

6) Add the rule to the top.

Create the Rule.

6. When done adding rules click Save.

7. Congratulations, the Business Rule has been saved!
