  3. Default Value - This allows you to set a default value in this field, it can be changed, but if nothing is entered it will stay the default value.

Non Formatted

2.2. URL

Allows any URL, default text length is 1024, but you can adjust that value.

This option will allow you to enter predefined values that are search-able.

  2. Mashup Field - This allows you to create this field as a mashup field, which means you can use custom SQL to manipulate this field.
  3. Value(s) - These are the values you want the drop down predefined with.
  4. Default Value - This allows you to set a default value in this field, it can be changed, but if nothing is entered it will stay the default value.
  5. Index Field - This allows you to set this field as an indexed field in the database for faster loading.
Combo Box

6.2. Combo Box Auto Update

This option will allow you to enter predefined values that are search-able, but will also allow new values to be added when they are entered into the table.

  2. Mashup Field - This allows you to create this field as a mashup field, which means you can use custom SQL to manipulate this field.
  3. Value(s) - These are the values you want the drop down predefined with.

  5. Index Field - This allows you to set this field as an indexed field in the database for faster loading.
Combo Box Auto Update

6.3. Drop Down

This option will allow you to enter predefined values that will populate a typical style drop down.

  1. Field Length - This allows you to set field length, be sure to make it long enough that it will cover you data entries.
  2. Mashup Field - This allows you to create this field as a mashup field, which means you can use custom SQL to manipulate this field.
  3. Linked - This allows you to link this drop down to another drop down.
  4. Value(s) - These are the values you want the drop down predefined with.
  5. Default Value - This allows you to set a default value in this field, it can be changed, but if nothing is entered it will stay the default value.
  6. Index Field - This allows you to set this field as an indexed field in the database for faster loading.
Drop Down

6.4. Multiple Drop Down

This option allows you to link drop downs, for example you will have a parent value to multiple children values in a different drop down.

  1. Field Length - This allows you to set field length, be sure to make it long enough that it will cover you data entries.
  2. Mashup Field - This allows you to create this field as a mashup field, which means you can use custom SQL to manipulate this field.
  3. Linked - This allows you to link this drop down to another drop down.
  4. Value(s) - These are the values you want the drop down predefined with.
  5. Default Value - This allows you to set a default value in this field, it can be changed, but if nothing is entered it will stay the default value.
  6. Index Field - This allows you to set this field as an indexed field in the database for faster loading.
Multiple Drop Down
